FEATURED EXPERT

Most of you know our favorite IT expert, Jim Muglia of JMCCM.

Wait... it says "Finest City IT"?  Jim has been busy expanding his company and sharing his knowledge over the last couple of years. Constantly reaching and acquiring the best technology coupled with his vast knowledge, his latest step was to change the name of the company from JMCCM to "Finest City IT".

Jim Muglia started JMCCM in 2004 (Jim Muglia Computer Consulting and Maintenance).

In the 90's Jim and his wife, Teri, along with 2 other friends developed a mobile virtual reality gaming company that worked with the destination entertainment industry. He worked with other consultants through Y2K and eventually became a director for a small corporation. In 2004 he struck out on his own specializing in providing small businesses with enterprise level technical equipment and services with a focus on customer service.  Since then his company has continued to focus on the client experience providing a holistic approach to their technology needs.  For the past decade he has been focused on educating and securing his clients' local networks and internet travels. Keeping his focus on the dark web and finding out what client information has been leaked; Jim has been instrumental in supporting his clients through the pandemic with exceptional remote options for being successful in the WFM demands.            He has held certifications with Microsoft, Cisco, WatchGuard, customer service and others.

Don't miss this opportunity to get the latest security information at our next virtual meeting!
