Anyone who has run a small bookkeeping practice has been spooked by a variety of unexpected “terrors.” For example, the ideal client who vanishes into thin air; the demanding client who won’t go away; the “small” project that metastasizes into a gigantic nightmare, and more.

If any of these sound familiar, join us on Tuesday, October 22, for the monthly Bookkeepers Group of San Diego’s October meeting. You’ll receive practical guidance (served up with Halloween humor) that you can apply immediately to help make your work life run more smoothly and successfully. We’ll discuss such scenarios as:

  • ·         5 Simple Ways to Kill Off a Wonderful Client
  • ·         The Corpse that Never Complained
  • ·         How to Perform Mouth-to-Mouth on the Walking Dead
  • ·         The Email that Wouldn’t Die
  • ·         Darkest Tales of Project Creep
  • ·         From Angels to Demons: The Client Hall of Fame

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

Leah earned APR accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in 1997 and has maintained the credential for 22 years. She has received multiple business and community awards, and currently volunteers on the boards of San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program and the National Ghost Ranch Foundation.
